If you place an order before the cut-off time (12pm Melbourne/Sydney time) it will be processed and shipped that same day, otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. We ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding VIC public holidays).

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
